1. Scope of service

Selanori is a directory and discovery service. We publish structured information about independent mental-health professionals in Panama and help you filter, compare and contact them directly.

Selanori does not currently process payments, host consultations, manage appointments or store clinical records.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to submit personal information through Selanori. Parents and legal guardians may search for professionals who work with children and adolescents and should handle contact or booking on their behalf.

3. No medical advice, no treatment relationship

Selanori helps you discover and contact independent mental-health professionals in Panama. Selanori does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.

Matching results are based on the preferences you select and on information supplied by or about each professional. They are not a clinical diagnosis, a medical recommendation, a guarantee of suitability or a guarantee of any treatment outcome.

• No diagnosis is made by Selanori.
• No therapist–patient relationship is created between Selanori and you.
• Any professional relationship is formed directly between you and the professional you contact.

4. Independent providers

Listed professionals are independent. They set their own fees, availability, methods and terms. Selanori is not a party to any agreement between you and a professional and does not receive payment for placement or ranking.

5. Accuracy and verification limits

Profile information comes from the professionals themselves, from their claims, and from publicly available professional sources. We check what we can, we date every check, and we say exactly what has been checked. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free.

Badges never imply that Selanori guarantees a professional's clinical competence. Where a confirmation becomes outdated, we stop showing the related claim rather than continue to assert it.

6. Availability information

Availability, waiting times and prices are confirmations made at a point in time, shown with the date of confirmation. They may change without notice.

7. External links and contact

Contacting a professional takes you to their own channel — WhatsApp, phone, website or booking page. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-copy or resell directory data.
• Do not submit false claims, false credentials or impersonate a professional.
• Do not use Selanori to harass professionals or other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical protections or security controls.

9. Professional responsibilities

Professionals who claim a profile confirm that their information and credentials are accurate, that they are authorised to provide the services described, and that they will tell us about material changes. Guaranteed outcomes, guaranteed cures and false credentials are not permitted.

10. Corrections, complaints and removal

Every profile carries a way to suggest an update or request removal, and anyone can raise a complaint. Where the accuracy of a profile is genuinely disputed, we may temporarily unpublish it while we review.

Complaints about a professional's clinical conduct should also be directed to the relevant professional authority in Panama. Selanori is not a disciplinary body.

11. Intellectual property

The Selanori name, design and compiled directory are protected. Professional names, logos and materials remain the property of their owners.

12. Liability

Selanori is responsible for operating this website with reasonable care. Because we do not provide clinical services, we are not responsible for the care, conduct, results or availability of an independent professional you choose to contact.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights under Panamanian law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We keep a version history. Every published version carries a version number and effective date. For material changes we will make the change visible on the site; minor editorial corrections do not require renewed acceptance.

14. Applicable law

Mandatory Panamanian consumer and data-protection law applies to users in Panama, regardless of where Selanori is operated from.
