English confirmed

The professional personally confirmed the level at which they work in English — native, fluent or professional. A website written in English is not enough and never produces this label. Web discovery alone can never set it.

License checked

Credentials were checked against an official source or official documentation. For psychologists this means the Panamanian professional credential (idoneidad) issued through the Consejo Técnico de Psicología. For physicians and psychiatrists this means MINSA / Consejo Técnico de Salud professional records.

A professional's own website is never sufficient evidence for this label.

Profile claimed

The professional confirmed the profile is theirs through a personal confirmation link, and an administrator approved the claim. A claim never changes the public profile automatically.

Accepting new patients

The professional confirmed this within the stated period. Once a confirmation becomes outdated we remove the statement instead of continuing to show it.

Information recently checked

An administrator reviewed the profile against its sources within the freshness window. The check date is shown on the profile.

Experience with international clients

Shown only where the professional stated it or a reliable source documents it. It is not inferred.

Privacy by architecture

Your answers in the finder are processed in your browser. What you want help with is never sent to us, never stored, never placed in the address bar and never shared with analytics or advertising services.

If you ask us to help you personally, we keep your email address together with practical preferences only — language, online or in person, budget range and area — and delete the request within 30 days.

Selanori holds no patient records, no clinical notes and no appointment history. Should a clinical product ever exist, it will run as a separate system in which identity and clinical information are stored apart, clinical content is encrypted independently, and Selanori staff have no routine access.
