How Selanori verifies information

We do not use a single vague "verified" stamp. Each badge answers one specific question, and we only show it when someone has actually confirmed it. An automatic web search never produces a badge.

License checked

We looked up the professional's registration or licence with the issuing authority, or saw documentation of it. We record the date we checked.

It is not a judgement about the quality of their work.

English confirmed

The professional told us directly what level of English they work in — native, fluent or professional — or we confirmed it in a conversation with them.

A website written in English is not enough. Without a direct confirmation, the badge does not appear.

Accepting new patients

The professional confirmed within the last 30 days that they are currently taking new patients. We ask again roughly every two weeks.

If nobody has confirmed it recently, we remove the statement rather than guess. The profile stays online.

Profile claimed

The professional has confirmed that this listing is theirs and can send us corrections at any time.

Claiming is free and does not affect where a professional appears in results.

Information recently checked

Someone at Selanori reviewed the whole profile within the last 60 days.

We show the month, not a precise date, because that is the honest level of precision.

Experience with international clients

There is a source for it, or the professional confirmed it to us, that they regularly work with expats, international families or cross-cultural couples.

We never infer it from a foreign-sounding name or an English website.

What we never do

  • We do not rank professionals by payment, and we do not sell placement.
  • We do not diagnose, and we do not recommend one professional as the "best".
  • We do not invent reviews, statistics or testimonials.
  • We do not publish a claim about language, license or availability that nobody confirmed.
