Reviews you can trust — without compromising patient privacy

Most review sites ask you to choose between honest feedback and privacy. We designed this one so you do not have to.

   Only confirmed accounts can write

   You need a Selanori account with a confirmed email address, and you accept the review guidelines before writing. One active review per professional.

   Your name stays yours

   The public sees a display name you choose, such as 'Daniel M.'. Your full name, email and account details are never shown to the professional or to anyone else.

   An automatic check, then a person

   Text is screened for threats, personal data and advertising. Automation can hold something for a human to read. It never decides on its own that a review is false.

   A professional can challenge, not delete

   If a professional believes a review breaks the rules, they open a case with Selanori. Nothing is removed automatically, and the professional never receives your identity or your documents.

   Private verification, if it comes to that

   When authenticity is genuinely in doubt, Selanori — never the professional — asks you privately for something simple: an appointment confirmation, a receipt header, a booking email. Black out anything we do not need.

   Evidence is deleted

   Documents live in a separate, encrypted store that professionals cannot reach. They are deleted after the case closes. Only the outcome is kept.

7. 7

   Money buys nothing here

   Moderation never looks at what a professional pays. There is no removal you can buy, and there is no preferential queue.
